Adding a tea
Find your desired blend in The Tea Shoppe and use the “Add to existing subscription” feature to add it to your subscription.

Removing a tea
To stop receiving a blend, remove it from your subscription from your cart page.

One Time Purchases Most of our blends and product can be purchased without a subscription.

We’re so sure you’ll love our tea that if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, send us an email at members@theteaclub.com within 30days of delivery, follow our Return Policy and we will gladly replace, exchange or give you refund/credit.

Our smallest package, “The Explorer”, makes 6-8 cups of tea and is a great way to explore the world of tea Ps: tea makes a great gift!

Pausing Subscriptions
  1. Login
  2. Go to “My Account” > “My Subscriptions”
  3. Click on the subscription you wish to pause and click “skip a month”

This is most likely a payment issue. Check your email for a payment failed notification and steps to re-activate your account.

Once placed, first orders cannot be changed. Customers may cancel first orders while still processing, and until marked “shipped” from their My Account page.

If you would like to cancel an order or if you have any questions regarding your order please send us an email at members@theteaclub.com.
Cancelling Subscription

  1. Login and click “My Account”
  2. Go to the “My Subscription” tab and click the “View” button
  3. Under your subscription information click the “cancel subscription” text
  4. Follow the steps here to cancel your account.

Shipping

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Stay tuned for more updates.
We charge a $3 flat rate for shipping our tea boxes anywhere in the US or Canada.
Orders are usually picked and shipped within 3 business days of a successfully processed payment. Once shipped, you can expect your tea to arrive between 3-8 business days. If you have any questions, please send us an email at members@theteaclub.com
You can check the status of your order in the “My Orders” tab in your Account.
Nope, there’s no need to be home… your tea will be delivered safely to your mail box.

Your order should arrive on approximately the same calendar day every month.
Your account has a default address, as well as an address for each active subscription. When changing your address, it is important to update all addresses you wish to change.

  3. This will update default address’ on future orders.

We only currently ship to Canada and the U.S. Follow our Facebook page for updates on international shipping.

Payment

Unfortunately we currently do not accept PayPal. Follow us on Facebook for more updates.
Your account has a default payment method, as well as a payment method for each active subscription. When updateing your payment method, it is important to update all payment methods you wish to change.

Changing Default Payment Method

  1. Login and click “My Account”
  2. Click “Payment Methods”
  3. Add Payment Method and click “Make Default”
  4. This will update the default Payment Method on future orders.

Changing Payment Method on Active Subscriptions
  1. Login and click “My Account”
  2. Go to “My Subscriptions” and click “View”
  3. Click “Change Payment” and change your Payment Method here.
To change your billing address, click change billing address in the top right corner of the change shipping address screen.

Some blends are better re-steeped than others. Refer to the information tab on each blend for specific directions.
A Tea Club spoon and infuser come free for the first month of “The Sommelier” and “The Sensei” packages. Additional spoons and infusers can be found in the “Tea Accessories” section in the teashop.

Yes, yes and yes! We look forward to bringing you 3 samples every month. These samples are available in our shop.
The filter is an empty teabag. To use a filter, simply fill with your proffered amount of tea and put inside a cup. Fill with hot water and let sit for recommended time.
All of our products are FDA, SGS & LFGB approved and certified. FDA, SGS and LFGB are terms for the American, Canadian and European food standard certification.

Our Tea

All of our tea is purchased through Direct Trade. By purchasing our tea through direct trade we can guarantee quality and consistency in our loose leaf while ensuring fair trade practices are being carried out.
Our tea is imported from all over the world through direct trade. Check tea info in the teashop for information on specific blends.
We sell Black, Green, Oolong, Rooibos, Herbal, Wellness, Fruit and Iced tea. Find them all in our Tea Shoppe!
Yes, we have plenty! When browsing our Tea Shoppe, simply check the “Caffeine Free” section under “Extra Options” to see all caffeine-free blends.
While our blends are not formally labeled “USDA Organic”, we do offer a selection of Organically grown blends. All of the tea gardens we work with follow European Union pesticide restrictions, which are among the strictest food standards in the world. Oftentimes many organic teas have more pesticides than teas that are non-organic but adhere to European Union pesticide restrictions.

To see our Organically grown blends, simply click the “Organic” filter under “Extra Options” while browsing the Tea Shope.
Great question! The amount of servings possible depends on tea type, personal strength preference and cup/mug size. Based on a standard 8oz cup and following our spoon measurements, each large pouch should make anywhere between 20-25 cups of tea. This measurement does not include re-steeping.
Unopened tea will stay fresh for up to 2 years if kept in a dark, cool place. Once opened, tea has a shelf life of 6-12 months.
We deal strictly with Direct Trade to ensure fair and ethical practices are carried out with the farmers and partners we work with. All of our partners, farmers, and workers are paid fair wages and are treated respectfully.
We do not use artificial flavors. While many of our teas are naturally flavored from the spices, fruits and herbs they contain, some have added natural flavoring.
Our pouches are lined with a polyethylene food grade interior. They are sealed airtight and a standard for food products in North America.
