Your account has a default payment method and a payment method for each active subscription.

Changing Default Payment Method 

  1. Login and click “My Account”
  2. Click “Payment Methods”
  3. Add Payment Method
  4. Click “Make Default” on your new payment method
  5. This will update the default Payment Method on future orders.

Changing Payment Method on Active Subscriptions

  1. Add a New Payment Method (follow steps above)
  2. Login and click “My Account”
  3. Go to “My Subscriptions” and click “View”
  4. Click “Change Payment” and change your Payment Method here.

Inactive Account?

To reactivate a recently “inactive” account, please fix your payment method by using one of the solutions above and wait 3-5 business days for your account to become re-activated.

Please contact us for help if you are experiencing any of the following:

○ Account inactive for longer than 2 weeks
○ Account inactive after 5 days of updated payment
○ Account inactive without failed payment
○ Subscription stopped without cancelling
